This ambitious project, which commenced in December 2023, is currently in full swing, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and our expertise in delivering complex industrial constructions. What’s more, we’re proud to announce that this project site is USFDC ( United States Food and Drug Administration ) – APPROVED, a testament to our adherence to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

A Glimpse into the KLM Unit 3 Project Scope:

Our comprehensive work at KLM Unit 3 is designed to create a fully integrated and highly efficient pharmaceutical manufacturing ecosystem. Here’s a breakdown of the key components we are bringing to life:

  • Warehouse – The Backbone of Logistics: We are constructing a robust G+2 floor RCC building spanning an impressive 40,000 sq.ft. This vital facility will feature dedicated areas for material storage, efficient finished product storage, and a streamlined dispatch operation, ensuring seamless supply chain management for the pharmaceutical products.
  • Production Building – Where Innovation Takes Shape: A cornerstone of the project is the construction of a spacious production shed with a mezzanine floor. This structure offers a total area of 30,000 sq.ft. and an impressive height of 7 meters, providing ample space and optimal conditions for advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Canteen & Kitchen – Nurturing the Workforce: Recognizing the importance of a well-supported team, we are building a G+1 RCC building covering 5,000 sq.ft. This facility will house a modern canteen and kitchen, designed to comfortably cater to 100 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Security Block – Guarding Excellence: To ensure the safety and security of the entire facility, we are constructing a G+1 RCC building of 1,000 sq.ft. This dedicated security station will include a welcoming waiting lounge area, providing a professional and secure entry point.
  • Infrastructure Works – The Foundation of Functionality: Beyond the buildings themselves, we are meticulously developing the essential infrastructure. This includes the construction of durable internal RCC roads for efficient movement within the premises and thoughtfully designed landscaping gardens, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and environmental quality of the site.
  • Water Tank & Pump Room – Essential Utilities: We are also responsible for the construction of a large water tank with an approximate capacity of 250,000 liters, along with a dedicated pump room, ensuring a reliable and ample water supply for all operational needs.

All construction activities at KLM Unit 3 are currently ongoing, with our dedicated teams working diligently to meet project milestones and deliver exceptional results. The USFDC-APPROVED status of this site underscores our unwavering commitment to regulatory adherence and our ability to execute projects that meet the most stringent industry standards.
