Project Overview
This project delivered a comprehensive pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with full operational integration.
The main integrated building houses Production, Admin, Lab, Canteen, and Deck Slab areas. Essential support is provided by a dedicated Utility Hub (Chiller, Boiler, Electrical Control, Pump rooms) and a large water storage capacity.
Site security and logistics are ensured by an internal road network with covered drainage, designated parking, a secure Security Cabin, and a Decorative Compound Wall.

This project has been completed in 18 months.
