Rudrani Infrastructure & Developers currently provides construction services for KLM Unit 3, a pharma manufacturing laboratory. The project began in December 2023 and is currently ongoing.

Project Scope:

• Warehouse: Construction of a G+2 floor RCC building with a total area of 40,000 sq.ft. This will include dedicated space for material storage, finished product storage, and dispatch.
• Production Building: A production shed with a mezzanine floor, offering a total space of 30,000 sq.ft. and a height of 7 meters, is also being built.
• Canteen & Kitchen: Construction of a G+1 RCC building with an area of 5,000 sq.ft. to house a canteen and kitchen facility for 100 staff members.
• Security Block: Construction of a G+1 RCC building with an area of 1,000 sq.ft. to serve as a security station with a waiting lounge area.
• Infrastructure Works: Construction of internal RCC roads and landscaping gardens.
• Water Tank & Pump Room: Construction of a water tank with a capacity of approximately 250,000 liters and a dedicated pump room.
• All construction activities are ongoing.
